Homeschool Connections Online

Bellarmine History and Latin Studies
Latin and History classes for Traditional Catholic homeschooling are offered for Middle and High School students. Courses are taught in the classroom, live online, and/or via recorded online classes. Curriculum includes texts from Catholic Textbook Project, Didache Series, and Memoria Press. Bellarmine is located in San Diego County, but students from any area may enjoy the online options.
Angelicum Academy
The Angelicum Academy is a Catholic homeschool and liberal education program based on the liberal arts and the classical great books of Western civilization (as well as online Socratic discussions). Complete for home study, nursery through 12th grade. Resources include complete Liberal Arts courses, Great Books Study Guides, and Art and Architecture Galleries. The entire web site is a collaborative effort, involving scholars from around the world who are actively engaged in liberal education at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

The Animation Course
Chad Stewart has worked as a professional animator in film and television for the last 27 years. He was a Disney animator on such films as Tarzan and The Emperor’s New Groove, and most recently, he’s worked as a 3D Visual Development Artist at Sony Pictures Animation and continues to do contract work with the studio. Chad and his wife of 24 years have been lifelong homeschoolers to their four daughters, and four adopted sons from Liberia, West Africa. He was inspired by his own homeschooling experience to share his knowledge of animation with other kids and thus, The Animation Course was borne about three years ago.

The Smithsonian Libraries is the most comprehensive museum library system in the world, supporting the vital research of the institution as well as the work of scientists and scholars. This online collection focuses on Smithsonian publications, art and design, history and culture, and the history of technology. The natural history titles can be found on the Internet Archive in the Biodiversity Heritage Library collection.
